To prevent payment fraud, we occasionally review individual orders to confirm that you, the buyer, authorized the payment, and to verify your identity. Typically, the order will be automatically passed within minutes. However, occasionally our Payments Compliance Team will need more information to verify you. ‘More information’ might include a phone call, a copy of a valid government issued ID (e.g. driver's license, passport), and/or a payment receipt.

Sometimes, payments to PlayerTradeGuardian get declined by our payment risk systems. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we can't provide further information as to why the order got canceled.
DON'T return in-game currency/items to sellers under any circumstances, regardless of the reasons given, even if it is the same character that just traded with you. (They might say it is to avoid account suspension or give you bonus, or forgot to take screenshot, etc). Only scammers will ask for items back, and you are solely liable and responsible for your own actions if you return the items.
Registration and listing offers is free, we only charge a transaction fee when an order is completed, and a disbursement fee based on the chosen disbursement method.

Once your order has been completed successfully, PlayerTradeGuardian will generate a disbursement for it and put it as “Reserve”. The period of “Reserve” depends on product type、your seller level and whether provided an after-sale protection for the account order. For example, if you are an lv1 seller and the account order has a 7 days after-sale protection, the “Reserve” period will be 7 days.
From time to time, our Risk Management Team will suspend members, and lock them out of our website. This is done to protect the integrity of our marketplace.
